Building public support for policies which improve the lives and prospects of vulnerable refugee and immigrant children presents challenges for policymakers, grantmakers and advocates.   At the same time, children in immigrant families are driving the nation’s racial and ethnic transformation.  The Annie E. Casey Foundation commissioned The Opportunity Agenda to look at media and opinion content surrounding English language acquisition and children of immigrants.
