RAND recently released findings from a new study, commissioned by The California Endowment, titled Reparable Harm: Assessing and Addressing Disparities Faced by Boys and Men of Color in California. The report provides a comprehensive overview of the disparities faced by boys and men of color in California for outcomes in four broad areas (socioeconomic, health, education, and public safety).
This briefing summarized key findings from the study and discuss their overall implications for tailoring strategies to address identified disparities.
